Our organization is designed to provide financial assistance for:
Children who are currently being treated for cancer with Standard of Care (SOC) protocols and are in need of or are seeking integrative and/or complementary treatment(s) and support
Children who are 0-6 months post cancer treatment
Children who are no longer in remission
In order to qualify for financial assistance:
Your child must be currently diagnosed with and receiving treatment for cancer or be 0-6 months post treatment
Your child must be under the age of 18 years old
You must be the parent or legal guardian of the child you are requesting support for
You must be a resident of the United States
Your child must be a US citizen and must reside in the United States while receiving care
Your child must be receiving treatment (SOC and/or integrative/complementary) within the United States
As part of the application process, you will be asked to provide a diagnosis letter from your physician, a copy of your child’s birth certificate, and a copy of your current United States driver’s license / travel ID (in addition to the completed application and HIPAA forms).
If you are approved via our application process for CRT financial support, please note that we do NOT reimburse for the following expenses:
Uninsured and/or deductible portions of SOC treatment
Prescription drugs ordered by your physician team(s) (however, we do reimburse for supplements)
Program membership fees and/or subscriptions
Treatment for your child outside of the United States

Please Note: In order for us to receive invoices or other information from medical third parties, a signed HIPAA release form is required by law to be provided to any third party. HIPAA is required by law to protect the privacy of families. CRT will not access your child’s medical records unless specifically authorized by you.
Cancer Response Team, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to helping children get supportive cancer care. We do so by providing their families with financial assistance for integrative and complementary cancer therapies from time of diagnosis up to six months post treatment.
